Oatmeal pancakes with jam

Ingredients:
- 60 g of oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder or baking soda
- Stevia to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Facundo strawberry jam
- Chopped fruit
Instructions:
Add to the blender all the ingredients. Make sure the mixture is liquid. If it is too thick you can add a little water or milk.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the mixture directly from the blender or with the help of a spoon.
When the surface is bubbly, flip it over, wait 1 more minute and that’s it!
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy an easy and nutritious breakfast!
