Red bean and pico de gallo burritos

Ingredients:
- Facundo canned chili with beans
- Wheat flour tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper cut in julienne strips
- 1 small can of Facundo sweet corn
Pico de gallo:
- ½ chopped tomato
- ½ green plantain bell pepper, chopped
- ½ chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ chopped white onion
- A handful of chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional sides:
- Guacamole
- Sour sauce
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over low heat and pour in the can with the Facundo canned bean chilli.
Pico de gallo sauce:
Mix tomato, peppers, onion and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
Add salt to taste, lime juice and olive oil.
Heat corn tortillas and fill them with chilli, peppers, sweet corn, sour sauce, guacamole. Add pico de gallo to one side of the burrito or in a separate bowl.
