Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Facundo lentil stew 200 g
  • Cooked ground beef 100 g
  • Cooked quinoa Parsley
  • Chopped celery
  • Salt, pepper, and cumin
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 potatoes
  • Facundo tomato sauce
  • Facundo mustard sauce

Instructions:

Blend the quinoa with the lentil stew. In a bowl, place the ground beef, parsley, celery, and seasonings. Gradually add the lentil and quinoa mixture. Mix everything together. Once everything is incorporated, make small balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meatballs, cover them, and let them cook for 15 minutes.

When they are ready, take a skewer and place the meatballs alternately with vegetables. Serve your skewers with French fries. Cut the potatoes into strips. Fry the potatoes for about 6 to 7 minutes and try them with a delicious Facundo mustard and tomato sauce dip. You can also bake them in the oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes. Choose the method you like best. Variety is the spice of life!
