Green plantain baskets with chili beans

Ingredients:
- 300 g of Facundo Beans with Chilli
- 2 green plantains
- ¼ a cup of oil
- 1 tomato, chopped in squares
- Cilantro
Instructions:
Peel the green plantains, cut into 3 cm pieces, and place the 1/2 cup of frying oil in a small pot, fry until almost done. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towels, and place the green plantains in a lemon squeezer to form the baskets. Return them to the oil once they are in baskets shape. Finish cooking in the hot oil.
In a frying pan, heat the Beans with Chilli and tomato.
Fill the green plantain baskets with chilli beans and garnish with cilantro.
