Peas with bacon and poached eggs

Ingredients:
- 300 g of Facundo Frozen Peas
- 1 tsp of oil
- 1 chopped white onion
- 1 chopped garlic
- 50 g of chopped smoked bacon
- 2 eggs
- Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the peas for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and add the oil. Fry the onion, garlic and bacon until golden brown. In a bowl, add the peas and mix them with the onion, garlic and bacon.
Cook the poached eggs, one at a time: Bring water to a boil in a pot. Once it is boiling, add a splash of vinegar and swirl the water, stirring it with a spoon. Carefully open the egg, taking care not to break the yolk, and place it in the center of the swirl formed by the water. Wait 4 minutes until it is ready and take it out with the help of a ladle.
Put the poached egg on top of the peas.
A different and flavorful meal!
